A classic Trinidadian style pepper sauce inspired by a home recipe and dedicated to our late friend Brandon Boodoo, our OG brings the heat of scotch bonnet and habanero peppers while staying flavorful and versatile. Although this flavour really pairs well with almost everything, some common pairings include jerk chicken, patties, fried rice, sandwiches, and noodles.
