Supplier Direct Shipping - Online Only

What is Supplier Direct Shipping?

Some products in our online store are shipped directly to you by the supplier or manufacturer. These items are labelled "Online Only" on each product page and are available for online purchase only. They may arrive in a separate package from other items in your order.

NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on these products unless damaged.

Order Processing

  • Supplier direct orders are processed within 1–5 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
  • Need to make a change? Contact us immediately at info@leapfrogoutdoor.ca — we cannot modify orders after they have shipped.
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information. If an order is returned due to an address error, we will refund the product cost (excluding shipping) and ask you to resubmit your order.
  • Orders valued over $200 may require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping for Online Only products is set by each individual supplier. Rates — including any free shipping offers — will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the supplier and your delivery location. Shipping costs may vary between suppliers and orders.

No In-Store Pickup

Products marked "Online Only" are not available for in-store pickup at our Lethbridge location. These items ship directly from the supplier to your door. If you're looking for items available for local pickup, please browse our in-store inventory.
