The Chard Collagen Casings make it easy to create perfect fresh or smoked sausages every time. Our casings are made of safe, edible material and ready to use straight out of the bag with no preparation needed. Ideal for frying, deep frying, grilling, baking or making home-made snack sticks. Chard Casings are designed to provide uniform volume and size which ensures consistent drying of sausages and evenly controlled cooking. Easy to use and quick to load onto a 3/4” or 3/8” stuffing tube. Chard Collagen Casings come in three varieties: Clear, Smoke or Mahogany and are available in 17mm, 21mm and 32mm. Create great tasting sausages or snack sticks with ease.
