The Prince Nymph was developed in Monterey, CA and is useful in both still and flowing water. One of our personal favorites for central Alberta's stocked trout ponds. We find this version most effective when the trout are "sipping" the surface. Retrieve this fly slowly, just under the top of the water and watch for the "sip".
