Our #32 stainless steel grinder plates are made to LEM's stringent standards for hardness and quality, are hubless so they can be used on both sides, and highly resistant to rust.
Available in five sizes:
3mm:our finest grind, these 3mm plates are perfect for hamburger, bologna, hot dogs and jerky! Each plate is3-7/8" diameter and has 3mm (1/8")plate holes.
4.5mm:a fine grind, 4.5mm plates are great for the second grind, coarse Hamburger and regular sausage like Breakfast, Polish or German. Each plate is3-7/8" diameter and has 4.5mm (3/16") plate holes.
6mm:a regular grind, this 6mm Plate is great for coarse sausages such as Summer, Salami, Pepperoni and Snack Sticks. Each plate is3-7/8" diameter and has 6mm (1/4")plate holes.
10mm:a coarse grind, this 10mm Plate is ideal for the first grind, chili, Chorizo and Linguisa. Each plate is3-7/8" diameter and has 10mm (3/8")plate holes.
12mm:our coarsest grind, this 12mm Plate is perfect for the first grind, coarse chili and stew meats. Each plate is3-7/8" diameter and has 12mm (1/2")plate holes.
Two Material Choices:
420 Stainless Steel
Premium Salvinox Stainless Steel - a higher grade of stainless steel. Salvinox plates are slightly thicker, providing you with a longer life of use.
