As one of our more versatile fishing flies, the Hare's Ear Brown7 is usually fished in an indicator/nymph set up. Where legal, we really like to use it in a hopper/dropper or dry/dropper fashion. We've caught everything on this fly; trout, whitefish, suckers and even perch, so make sure to have a few in your box.
